Light Green, Peach and Purple Marbled Book
This handmade A5 notebook has been fully covered with my own green, light green, peach and purple 170gsm marbled paper. The paper has been made using traditional marbling techniques with the paint floating on carrageenan size. (the white is the paper showing through).
It is made up of 96 pages of high quality 170gsm fully recycled paper. The signatures (groups of folded paper) have been hand sewn using waxed linen thread.I have used handmade purple endpapers to match the marbled covers. The spine has been further reinforced with a extra layer of mull (constructional cloth) on the hinges.
