Daredevil Vintage Comic Cover-Recycled Paper
On this cover Daredevil is going off to fight Hitler! Hurrah! I have to admit it did make me giggle! It was originally published in July 1941.
With this notebook I have used yellow book cloth to frame the front image and cover the spine and back. It’s a casebound A5 notebook, I have hand sewn the signatures (groups of folded paper) with Irish linen thread giving 144 pages of 90gsm recycled paper. I chose black endpapers to match the cover along with black endbands. For the cover print I have used 160gsm paper and treated it with a matt waterproof finish for durability.
