I have taken this lovely Cath Kidston London Scene 100% Cotton Duck Fabricand used it to cover this slim casebound A5 notebook, I have hand sewn the signatures (groups of folded paper) with Irish linen thread giving 48 pages of 90gsm recycled paper. I chose white fabriano endpapers to match the cover.
